 केंद्र सरकार ने बृहस्पतिवार को फेसबुक, ट्विटर जैसे सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म और नेटफ्लिक्स, अमेजन प्राइम जैसे ओवर द टॉप (ओटीटी) प्लेयर का दुरुपयोग रोकने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश जारी कर दिए। इसके तहत सरकार द्वारा चिह्नित की गई किसी भी सामग्री को 24 घंटे के भीतर हटाना होगा। साथ ही देश में त्रिस्तरीय शिकायत निवारण तंत्र बनाना होगा। ट्विटर और व्हाट्सएप जैसे प्लेटफॉर्मों को देश की संप्रभुता और सुरक्षा के खिलाफ राष्ट्रविरोधी संदेशों के मूल स्रोतों की पहचान करनी होगी। अपराध सिद्ध होने पर 5 वर्ष तक की सजा हो सकती है। यह व्यवस्था भारत की अखंडता, एकता और सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ सामाजिक व्यवस्था, दूसरे देशों से रिश्तों, दुष्कर्म और यौन शोषण जैसे मामलों पर लागू होगी। इसके अलावा, इन कंपनियों को हर महीने शिकायतों और उन पर कार्रवाई की रिपोर्ट देनी होगी। खास बात यह है कि इन दिशा-निर्देशों के जरिये पहली बार डिजिटल और ऑनलाइन मीडिया को कानून के दायरे में लाया गया है। इंटरमीडियरी गाइडलाइंस एंड डिजिटल मीडिया एथिक्स कोड नाम से जारी इन दिशा-निर्देशों के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं संचार मंत्री रविश

  NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) के एक ठेकेदार ने चार लेन के राजमार्ग पर 24 घंटे में 2,580 मीटर लंबी पावमेंट क्वालिटी कंक्रीट (पीक्यूसी) सड़क बिछाने का विश्व रिकॉर्ड अपने नाम किया है। ठेकेदार ने चार लेन के इस राजमार्ग पर 2,580 मीटर (करीब 10.32 लेन किलोमीटर) कंक्रीट सड़क बनाने की शुरुआत 01 फरवरी 2021 को सुबह 8 बजे की और अगले दिन सुबह 8 बजे इस लक्ष्य को पूरा कर लिया। एक्सप्रेसवे पर 18.75 मीटर चौड़ाई के साथ करीब 48,711 वर्ग मीटर एरिया में कंक्रीट की सड़क बिछाने के लिए 24 घंटे का समय लगा। इस दौरान 24 घंटे में कंक्रीट की सर्वाधिक मात्रा – 14,613 क्युबिक मीटर का रिकॉर्ड भी बना। एनएचएआई के ठेकेदार ‘पटेल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड’ के इस कारनामे को इंडिया बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स और गोल्डन बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स में मान्यता दी गई है। यह रिकॉर्ड ग्रीनफील्ड दिल्ली-वड़ोदरा-मुंबई 8 लेन एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना का हिस्सा है। इस रिकॉर्ड को दुनिया की पूर्णतः ऑटोमेटिक अल्ट्रा मॉडर्न कंक्रीट बिछाने की मशीन से बनाया गया है। ठेकेदार ने यह कारनामा ऐसे समय में किया है, जब चालू वित्त वर्ष 2020-21 में सरकार न
